26,000 USAID-funded PCR testing kits delivery to National Center for Disease Control and Public Health

 

USAID continues to support Georgia’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, providing crucial assistance to help the healthcare system prevent further spread of the virus. Recently, 26,000 USAID-funded PCR testing kits were delivered to the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health. These testing kits will be distributed to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across the country to help Georgia’s medical professionals manage the pandemic more effectively.
